Aion

Today I received a beta key for the Aion Beta from a good friend, Nessaj, over at Ensidia. Just downloaded the 5,3GB of game files and now going to try it. Strangest thing however, I'm running Windows 7 on my machine since this weekend and Aion complained I dind't have the latest DirectX version. How strange since Windows Vista came packed with this? And also there's some bug with GameGuard for Windows 7 that needed a fix, wich I quickly found on google: http://blog.integrii.net/?p=231.

Anyway, Aion: is a from origin Korean MMORPG with PVP and PVE in a fantasy setting. They are just starting beta's for the Western countries. The game's unique selling point is that everybody can fly which is a big thing in most MMO's! I'll update this post with more info when I've actually started playing a while... (Although I've already played it on the Leipzig Games Convention for a mere minute...)
